Pictures pictures pictures!

Wow! I did upload lots of pictures today..got it from various friends and friends. Hum...

First picture if from my high school barkada...it was Pam's and Lor's post- birthday bash, yeah we had fun! and we ate at various restaurants as we always do! Yeah, we love eating...especially if it is for free! We ate alot and we even got pictures of some of the food (dessert at Ibizu) that we ate... well, we have been friends and barkada for almost 8 years? Gawd is it our anniversay since we are fabulous 8 spice, now on its 8 year??? Funny i never thought of it, and that it has been 8 years already? Great! I'm old na...

Before that week, it was Shatan's birthday and the not the whole block, but people who are close to her showed up and we had a simple dinner and those who stayed was able to watch a movie "Imelda" -a documentary movie of the former First lady of the country. It was an alright movie that took a decade to finish and alot of lawsuit..it was a thesis paper of the director that turned into a intruguing documentary that alot of people are really waiting for to see..All i could think of was -- "oh my gawd! she got a whole lotta shoes and expensive wardrobe!"

DLSU SUCKS!

Okay! Before you people start being mad at me...take note: I'm also from DLSU and I'm currently about to graduate (hopefully) so don't be mad from me because you might think i came from the arch-rival university.

Why did I say that "DLSU SUCKS"? I was watching the UAAP game and gawd! How they suck in playing...I know we have great players..believe it or not those players are really great , the problem is that they are easily get paid. Yeah, I thought they can easily get paid. Afterall their are alot of triads that you bet on then which ever teams won, will either make you win or loose... I mean what else could be the reason? If you watch their normal play routine or how they REALLY play in a game, you'll know that they are GREAT. and really they can win the championship, I just don't know what is happening to them...are they people who are easily tempted by $$ ? Is this how the world goes around right now? I know the saying money makes a person...and money makes the world go round, but can we get 'good-legal' money? In the way that won't hurt those fans who just love to watch a pure-fun-clean game? Ugh...I hate it right now...

Yup, one of the thesis tagline I use...do you think it is okay?

This day was the most hectic one for me...as of now! But at least a minus of work...Call time of the paper is before 3pm or else you can only get a certain score...of course, we dont want that!!

9:00am <-- i woke up thinking that today will be the Amazing Race day, but it wasn't! Gawd, I was so mad at myself for being d-u-m-b!

11:00am <-- they came and conquer -- MY ROOM! yup, we started fixing and doing stuff for our paper, but we ended up, so-so-late!

12:00 nn <--rush out to ring bind the papers!! and last minute fix!

1:00 pm <-- finish all the paper job then headed out to TGIF and pass their copy of the paper.

1:30 <-- travel starts going to DLSU, believe me, you don't want to ride in the car i ride in, my friend was driving, and he was raving mad! talk about a person who easily loose their "coolness", maybe his head was about to explode? i was about to laugh the hell out!!
(I'm bad!)

2:30 pm <-- paper was finally pass, we got our own copy of the final paper and i went home!

3:30pm <-- ate my lunch at the new Japanese restaurant near our house, it was so delicious, after all, this is my favorite cuisine! Yum-yum!!

5:30 <-- home! y so late? we did our mini-grocery which cost alot, my gawd! How can i affored this in the future? Just buying some small stuff costs alot, why is that? why is that? haha...this is such a very exhausting and very very tiring...and when i say tiring...I MEANT IT!!

i was looking at my personal site and was wondering what i could add to it...i wanna change or add something...(only time can tell when!)

Oh i was watching a local show, "Victim" where they ask actors and actress to complete a mission or something, this time they are in Singapore...and one of the actress was really making me laugh, not because she is funny or nice, but she is very IRRITATING and IMMATURE, i pity her for she is showing this kind of attitude to everyone on national tv. All her other co-players are not arguing only HER!! And thank God I don't like her even one-bit! I dont really like her!!! so yah, buti nga sakanya

Till here, and this is one of my most long post...and as i said before, I'm loving it!
toodles, got to do my paper next!

Tonight Show with Jay and the headlines..

I was brewing myself in our television today because I'm so lazy. I got up just in time for the Amazing Race to start (and I was wishing that sharla and mirna will loose -- to my disappointment, they didn't!) So goodbye to the Marshall brothers. They were an awesome team and they did kick some ass...until one of them had a knee problem...they quit --sadly!

After that, I browse and browse, find myself flipping through various tv shows some i can't understand (diff. language!), some I don't understand, and some..i just don't want to understand...oh, I did read a book in between...then get to see Tonights Show with Jay Leno, although it is pretty sunny and A.M. here. It was a hilarious interview with Tom...and the headline was one full of wacky stories... maybe i should send some news from here...*i got the address*

Final Destination 2 was on HBO, and it was really a movie that can either freak people out, imagine it being true...i mean i've been save by my friends when crossing the streets many times, poor me, i never learned...what if it was not meant to be? what if death was after me? HORRIBLE! i couldnt dare to imagine it, not in this lifetime. If i die, I want to die peacefully or immediately, I don't want to feel the pain...

Reading my thesis paper and correcting and suggesting notes...I'm all shaky for the defense on Saturday *crossing my fingers* to get a high score...

A Movie Marathon day...

'Twas a day to relax...after all tomorrow would be another "thesis-dedicated-day" I went to RP (it's a mall) and got to see the one Jay Leno is talking about...

Collateral- 4.5/5, which for me was a really good movie considering it all happen on one night in LA and only with a taxi cab driver and a hit man making the story go around...it was a complete new look for Tom, he really looks old in it..I like him better in brunette colored hair rather than white (where did he get that color anyways?) But it was something a fan of Tom shouldn't miss after all he always play the good guy and this was the only time he would be able to play a role that needed him to be bad-ass! Even though i don't like the color of his hair much, Tom never fails to capture the audience with his wonderful face reactions and motions, and of course, we can't deny that he still looks good and still very much single after breaking it up with Penelope (who by the way is now seeing another famous actor- who i forgot the name- sorry!) Anyways, enough about him and let us go to Jamie Foxx who by the way is a-okay, although i think he would be a better comedian than a serious actor...i want to see him more on the funny side. But don't fret audience! Because he did a pretty good darn thing about the role, he is cool and really diverse! I like their combination (cruise + foxx), i know they made big bucks out of this movie, because it is a total hit. Only more on the profound type of movie, as you need to listen carefully to the words that they are saying and the situation that is happening...BEWARE: some people got bored with the movie because the scenes are mostly conversation between two people, but their conversations are mostly important as it is a part of the movie. Some people that was seeing the movie was a little bit on the snoozy side...

Movie 2
A Cinderella Story - 3.5/5(but for me? since i like chick flick i gave it a 5!), typical teen movie, but a good one! Made with the cute story of a princess looking and searching for that prince to come to her life and fill it up with all the love in the world. The story was basically Cinderalla in the modern world. I love her hallooween gown! It was really to die for...Imagine me wearing it? Hum...And the guy? (LUCAS -one tree hill, Chad Murray) he is a super -hunk too bad he is already engaged to co-worker in ONE TREE HILL , Sophia Bush (she plays Brooke, the bad girl) he is a confuse guy in the movie and was never clear of what he wants in life. Hilary's step-mother Jennifer Coolidge (a friend of Reese in Legally Blonde) was really a wacky one, i like her acting although sometimes it is annoying but in a funny way! really funny..oh her step-sisters who always plays the matching twins...I'm so jealous of them for having (EACH ONE!) a different color beetle car! Ugh...how lucky those ugly tweets (just kidding!) but they played a really good acting role. Like the "lizzie mc guire" television show, Hilary got a guy-best friend (was his name Frodo?- or am i just in the LOTR zone?) in the movie who was really weird and wacky, but a real true-blue friend! Okay, finally Hilary...yeah she looks great even with flour on her face! She looks so nice, even though she is one of the top A-list teen actress in Hollywood. I like her acting, which is kinda the girl-next-door type, because the movie is basically BASIC. All in all the movie is something that would relieve you out of stress and would simply put a smile on your face (just make sure you didn't do a BOTOX injection!) and some important values you can learn...like "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game"

Pretty rainy outside, I think we have a typhoon...because the rain is dropping hard and won't stop...I got a video pretty long, more than 2hrs...it is a video about the "National Day Parade 2004" in Singapore...and 5566, k-one, toro, cindy wang, Johnny Yan, and a whole lot more was performing...i got jealous of the fans who was there...I would love to go their and see them also...in the flesh...maybe next time? HOW I WISH! view it here:

Tomorrow would be \"the-day!\"

I'm so darn excited for tomorrow...I'm gonna do the last defense of my life. And when i do it tomorrow, I wish i could do it with perfect grace and elegance. I hope i won't have speech hiccups and stutter my words...I need to be CONFIDENT. I need to boost my self-confidence tomorrow in order to deliver it perfectly...I wish we could get a high grade, which is next to impossible...since our paper is somehow in a m-e-s-s situation, we lack alot of stuff in the paper and i think it will affect our grades deeply. But I'm still corssing my finger and hope God's grace would pour upon me tomorrow. I don't want to say this, but I have lots of ideas for a new layout...maybe i should put it together soon...oh-i-love-changes...except the changes in my life...

At long last...my day was ruined at the end.

Yup, the day started okay...until now, Ugh...i had an argument with my mom - she doesnt know how to make a promise work! ugh...

Anways, back to my thesis paper..it was alright i guess, although i was really expecting a higher grade as one of my friends (rjayne) said. (ey welcome, to the tabulas world!) we got a 87 in our paper and the score still depends if the revision is okay and done, which is due on Friday...oh-my-gawd! we need to work on it ASAP. But at least the worst if done, it is really something to look forward to -- you know, graduation and all those wacky stuff that you expect that would happen after graduating...this is probably a day worth thanking to God and well, looking back from all the hardships me and my groupmates had endured!

So now, I am almost free and allowanceless ()... sad but true...

Fresh off the Press News V.1

Yup, it is finally here...I decided to put up news and stuff actors and actresses...it would be a once in a lifetime journey --or should i say, journal? Anyways I scooped out the latest news and gathered it here to let you read without the hassle of flipping through various magazines, pages, articles, etc...

So let us roll and rumble...
Tom Cruise is coming to town? You heard it right! In order to shoot his new movie, which Spielberg will direct, it would be basically about World War II, of course, the Americans will be the heros again. They need to come here in the Philippines to shot some scene. Can you believe how all the papparazzi here in the country would be happy? Too happy i guess...even i couldn't wait for this Hollywood big-star to come here and be disgust about the country's situation. Will it be a Claire Danes reaction? We should wait and see!

Jury-duty, this always happens in United States, where at random people get pick to serve as a jury in an active trial and well, get pick out if they can really be in a jury duty! And today's jury duty random guest is -- Oprah Winfrey the talk show queen! She will be in Cook County doing a trial...hoping she get pick? If she doesn't, she'll get paid...how much? Um...$17.20 <-- like it matters compared to her millions and billions?

The much awaited come-back album of the boy band ... Nsync will be postponed...or shall we say cancel? This was said by ... Justin Timberlake who seem to feel that he doesn't need to be pressured in releasing a new album for the band, after all there is not contract and they are not required to. But is this because he finally realizes that boy band Nsync is going down the sink already? Maybe it is time to say goodbye to old hobbies and continue to appreciate the success he is having and enjoying right now!

Fashionistas will soon hit the theaters and it would be the same thing like the book that has the same title, it was written by Lynn Messina which was release in May 2003. The movie would be played by Lindsay Lohan although, it would be impossible since the lead role is supposed to be 30 years of age and Lohan is not even half-way of the age? But we will see what happens, after all teen chick flick are really over on the top list!

so there you have it a dish of daily news that has been bought to you from me...hope you find it interesting and share some light to it...comment and post!

your news GOSSIPER...

Ps. New layout will be up soon!

Let's groove with 'Garfield'

I'm just came home from the mall and it was really fun...why? Not because I shop or something, because (guess what?) I didn't shop, well except for some new stuff for my bathroom, but other than that...nada! I'm such a good daughter Well, I've seen Garfield with my sister and it was really such a feel-good movie! I love him! I'm thinking of also being a garfield lover since i love tweety too! So right now, I might sport the Garfield stuff too! He is really addictive!

We ate at Tang City, if you want to see and view the menu it is available in here , oh-my-gawd! I'm being such a pig, yesterday I had pizza and now all of those sumptuous food? Shucks!

A few hours before the fashion show

I think it will start around 6:30pm? I don't know what time it will finish though, I hope the rain stops! I don't like to drive when it is raining, plus I am already sick enough to be driving...I have runny nose and I don't feel good...I feel like my eyes are going to drop any minute now. Which shouldn't happen because I AM DRIVING! The right time to go out...yeah, when you are SICK! and nobody wants to drive me, except for my dad but he got this badminton thing everyday MWF, so he can't pick me up. So i am stuck with my own way. I need to find a way...but can't...

People told me that "the village" wasn't that great movie...is it true? I know that the director is a famous one, and the maker has a reputation for scary movies, but alot of people make fun of it. they insist that the movie is not scary and they are the one who is making it scarier but teasing each one or ridiculing one another while watching the show. Anyways, i'm going to wait for my friend's respond since she tried to watch it!

A story about a life

THE CARROT, THE EGG, AND THE COFFEE
by: Theodore Tan

A daughter complained to her father about her life and how things were so hard for her. She said, “Father, I do not know how I am going to make it. I just feel like giving up. I’m tired of fighting and struggling. It seems as though every time one of my problems is solved, a new one comes along. I just can’t take it anymore.”

Her father took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed them each on high heat. Soon, the pots came to a boil. In one pot of boiling water, he placed carrots. In the second, he placed eggs, and in the last pot, he placed coffee beans. He let them sit and boil, without saying a word. The daughter impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.

Twenty minutes later, he turned off the burners. He strained the water from the carrots and placed them in a bowl. He lifted the eggs out and placed them in another bowl. Then he ladled the steaming coffee into a bowl. Turning to her, he asked, “What do you see?” “Carrots, eggs, and coffee,” she replied. He brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft and mushy. He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. She smiled as she tasted its flavor and smelled the rich aroma. She humbly asked, “But what does it mean, Father?”

He explained that each of them had been plunged into boiling water, but each had reacted differently. The carrot went into the water strong and hard but after being subjected to the boiling water; it softened and became weak. The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its soft, liquid interior. But after sitting in the boiling water, it became hard on the inside.

The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, the water did not really change them. THEY CHANGED THE WATER! “Which are you?” the father gently asked his daughter.

“When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you more like a carrot, an egg, or a coffee bean?”

How about you? Are you the carrot that started out strong and hard long ago, but with the pain and adversity of your life struggles, did you become soft and lose your strength?

Are you the egg that started out soft on the inside? Were you a fluid spirit, but after the pain of death, abuse, rejection, poor health, divorce, or a layoff, have you become hardened? Your outer shell might look the same, but have you become hard-boiled and toughened in your spirit and your heart?

Or are you like the coffee bean? The bean that was plunged into the rapidly boiling water actually changed the hot water and gave it flavor and aroma, reaching its peak flavor at 212° Fahrenheit! THAT IS HOT WATER!!!

When people say bad things about you, do your praises to the Lord continues, or do you blame Him? When the hour is darkest and your trials are their greatest, does your worship elevate to a higher level, or do you desert Him? When you feel burdened by your own troubles, do you still reach out and help others? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg, or a coffee bean?

When you are plunged into hot water, into anything that brings you pain, like being immersed in the adversities of life, be like the coffee bean. When things are at their worst, you will get stronger and make things better around you, and…YOU will always leave an aroma that’s most pleasing to others as well as to yourself.

Da Vinci's Code hit the big screen

HOT OFF THE PRESS NEWS v.2

First news, for those who love and I mean LOVE and was hoping that the famous book of Da Vinci's Code be on screen, well, this is your chance to finally see it on the big screen! Yup, it will be played by *drums please!* Harrison Ford I think he will potray it in a good one, I love his acting and I read the book, so it seems that he can fit the story and being Robert Langdon. So I guess I can't wait to finally see it. The church is also one of the controversial place and this would be included in the movie, so go watch for it!!

China is gaining the lead on gold medals!
of course, I got to be proud because I'm a chinese, so good luck and gain more of the gold, I hope I can be at Athens, the opening ceremony was really good and interesting, the fireworks is so FASCINATING!

Billy Crawford a local artist gone Hollywood is supposed to be playing a role in the new movie that shock the whole world Exorcist: The new beginning , which will soon be release -- so watch out for it!, but due to the changes that were made, namely the director was change, so he was cast-out...poor him, and I thought this could be a big break for a Filipino artist...too bad something bad happened. So i guess it wasn't meant for him..I saw the trailer of the movie, and it is one hell-scary!

Lastly, heiress of the $$$ of the Hilton familyNicky Hilton finally got married...oh--as the boys goes...but hey let us be happy for her. I hope this could last forever, after all showbiz weddings are rarely to survive!

New layout will soon be seen soon *finally, I got inspired! *

Finally It is REALLY O-V-E-R!

What the hell is over?my thesis of course! we went to school today to check re-defense our paper and finally we got the grade officially ours! They can't change it anymore, so that means that I'm really graduating! So, ready the toga, flowers, medals (as if!), certificate, and whole lotta fun in a whole lotta new world! It is going to be great...Although a part of me is unhappy, because I'll be leaving my school life and entering the "working stage" where people around told me that it is the end of everything, no more roads to conquer but rather you need to established and plant it strong or else lots of people will step on you, and that would be the end of everything.

You know what is weird? I love to take a journalism course, but unfortunately I ended up in the business course. Which I still don't know what I am going to do after the graduation in October. I still can't believe that this is the path I have chosen. When I was in high school I always dream of becoming a writer, journalist, or a fashion designer or interior, something about arts because it interest me and release my inner artistic side (yeah, i do have that!) but I don't know why I ended up in this course--hum...life is really something that can surprise anyone, because the path is really unknown, full of danger and circumstances, you'll never know what will hit you next. I just hope that it hits me hard to finally make me realize why I chose this career and to be able to succeed on it.

[edit] hey, I got the VCD na pala of TWIN SISTERS and since the papers are finish na, I can now watch without sleeping! Need to finish all the 23 cds, and 1 palang na watch ko [/edit]

Getting *undressed*

Rather a surprising title...but you will see in the near future what it will be about...it will happen soon...only here and bought to you by ME.

I just finish watching the 2nd cd and i'm really sleepy since i'm kinda sick, my nose is still runny (eww...) but Im getting better I hope. I ate the "decolgen" tablet since I think it is working on me. FYI: I get sick easily, I learned this when the doctor requested to get a sample of my blood because I was once sick for more than 2 weeks and I got a high fever. So we went to the doctor to get tested and it turned out that I have a low white blood cells (no, im not dying!) but I have a poor immune system and that is also one thing why I easily get sick. My *protective buddies* which I call them (my white blood cells) are too few! So that doctor recommend me to be careful, drink lots of vitamins and eat lots of veggies (which i formerly hate but now loving!) Just to make sure I can get enough protection and to stay sick-free! So now, I'm once again sick...darn the weather it is raining-sunny-raining-sunny...too confusing!!

I want to sleep but I can't...my eyes are now about to shut but i kept on shaking my head to stay awake, sometimes you want to sleep but you also dont want to sleep! Am i confusing? I think so!

Thanks to everyone who commented on the layout! I really do appreciate your praises...thanks alot!

Oh, I just finish reading Veronika Decides To Die and I'm going to write a book review about it, but later...

Lately I've been staring at my music storage files and thinking that it is so empty (it has more than hundreds of music in here but...) it seems empty for I want to download new music, new songs. So if anyone has a suggestion, please feel free to tell me the title of the song, the artist, the genre of the song...and i might just download it and actually like it...so thanks!

When it is over...

a. that is the time that I reailzed how easy it is to be in college rather than working for my own money. *I was sitting yesterday in my room--dreamy!--but I was reading (Stargirl) and couldn't believe that I am graduating and will soon enter the "real-world" as they called it. Right now, my plans are so vague and undefined. I don't know what path will I take next. Is the world ready for me? And am I ready for the world?*

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great ones make you feel that you too, can become great.
--Mark Twain

b. that is the time I'll fall in love again...*over what?* It is so easy to fall in love, yet, it is so hard to find someone to love. That is what I realize...after having a relationship all throughout my life and never having none, until my college years, 3-long years...no not exactly 3 but more than 2 years have i spent my time being alone. Although I am not complaining everytime I think about it, It is just now that I realized that after college, working means you'll meet new people, and I don't know if those people are going to be "true" friends. As for me "the farther you go in life, the fewer friends remains, and the harder it is to find some -Joanna" (I made it, nice?) So when will true love blooms and springs for me? Maybe in my next life, you know I am beginning to think of being an "old-maid" yup, I'm currently loving the lush life so maybe I shouldnt go and try to destroy it...after all things you expect the least will happen soon... *oh god! help me!*

c. that is the time I realized how important is to know my own language and learn how to speak...Chineseis so important, my father kept on reminding me when I was in high school but damn! I didn't listen, and the teachings in school is way useless ( i think) so right now, I want to study chinese more... I want to go to China and study the language..how long did i waste before coming to my senses? Thank God for 5566 and my love for the Asian artist, I am having difficulty understanding them, so I really want to learn how to read and speak "it".

d. that is the time i realized that alot of things in my life I took for granted because I thought they will always be there, but I was wrong...those things don't remain always..they will find a way to let go and leave you.

e. that is the time I realized true-friendship is hard to find. *I saw the road, they are filled with people, people who once I knew and thought I cared...but it was in a "past-tense" mode, people I 'knew" - "cared"...I suddenly realized that there is another road...the road with less people, but people who really care and matter. The road that I hold close and dear to my heart... I hope my friends will see this and think of what road they are in my life...Some might say I am in my emotions, but hell! Am not..just making sure about life because you'll never know until it is OVER

that was some ramblings I believe...I can't believe that by watching more than 15hrs on the TV straight can make me pour such emotions...I'm currently on the 14th cd out of the 25 cd's in "100% Senorita" and it is so exciting and I love watching it...

La Salle Won!!

All things just keeps getting better. Finally we won against our arch-rival! So long live LaSallians! We got to beat them in the finals...

I went to Rockwell today with my sister and we went to see Stepford Wives it was a feel good movie, I thought the girls were so beautiful even though I they are mechanically engineered! But I definitely dont want to be like them because they are slaves to their own husband! No way will I do that... So the movie also has shown me that Nicole Kidman is once again..so pretty...I like her so much, she is one of my inspiration in fashion and life. I like the strong emotions she brings out in films, and how pretty and tall she is! Go watch the movie because it is something different and un-real (we need a break from the real world after all) oh, I also bought two new books, there are alot of books in Fully Booked that I just want to buy everything, but my dad would kill me if he saw the bill on my card. So just one at a time, after all, Fully Booked will always stay in that place (i hope!) , the books I bought are meticilously chosen (one is about the desire for wealth 4 siblings fighting over their father's wealth, the second, about a girl whose running away from a stalker but how could she if she is wearing heels?)... and I bought this cute yellow top from BAYO it was really a nice top! I like it so much..it will be one of my favorite tops!!

My eyes are still red, I'm crying...not over Stepford wives but because of 100% Senorita, it is really nice and I love the story and how it flows, not your ordinary teleserye, it is something unique and definitely fast-paced. I love WALLACE HUO! I love him so so much..he is too suai!!

Going down memory lane..

Frustrated and hopeless to be one. Passionate book-addict. I was looking through my stuff for the format of our resume (which until now, I am still looking...) and found some of my old pieces...pieces of what you might ask? Pieces of my old "hand-written" and "computer-type" stories, yup, I am a frustrated writer and hopeless dreamer to become one. I began my writing career at the age of 11, when I was in grade school and it was really something that change my life. Why? Well, I began reading (that is why I am now wearing contacts!) and began appreciating art works especially those that are written -- books in particular. I became a new person, I started buying and collecting books Sweet Valley was my first collection, then "Love Stories" came to my addiction...slowly, I collected different teen books and expanding my horizon. Now, I am reading romance novels from Judith McNaught to Johanna Lindsay and more...and I am still expanding my horizon, for now, I appreciate mysteries, thriller, chick-lit, and a whole lot more. My reading ability is also uprising...now I can read a book so fast-paced (imagine Da Vinci's Code read in around 7 hrs) and I am a book-addict! I don't leave the mall without buying a book or a magazine...I really am OFFICIALLY addicted. Now my father bought me a new book shelf, which is currently full, so I need a new one! They will surely kill me if they notice it again...books are one of my passion in life, I guess it won't fade and never will. How about you guys? Are you passionate bout books? If not, why don't you try one...it is a healthy theraphy and will increase your knowledge too...okay back to my writings, I am currently reading some of my old works and I can smile and say they are quite amusing to see although the grammars could do a little trick. I love reading my old works, it reminded me of what I am becoming or what I want. I even made a story based on the "Clueless" movie and it is really amusing, I even printed it in the size of a book! Imagine how dedicated I am..Maybe I should post some of it online? (even though it needed a grammatical enhancement!) But hey! at least I was doing something while I was still 11. I should have took up journalism..it is one of my passion, why didn't I? Stupid me!

5 million dont have jobs!

5 million all in all, will it be 5 million plus 1? Oh my! Did you see the figures? More than 5 million people right now dont have jobs, they are either fresh graduates or people who until now don't have any jobs! How about me? Tomorrow I'm going to a job-expo near our school @ the World Trade Center and hopefully, I will find some interesting jobs that will take me...I really don't want to end up with doing nothing. It would be shameful and plain. My life will be colorless and my life worthless, nothing to achieve! I hope those companies that I'll apply for tomorrow would give me the chance to join their company... oh, the money won't hurt, even though it is hard to get a job that has a high amount of salary!

Too Full?

Bloated plus the computer is freakin' me my gawd! what is happening to my computer? it is freakin quittin on me! urgh... anyways today is the day that I got B-L-O-A-T-E-D. I did had a small breakfast in the morning, went to the school to do some paper works, tried to apply for a job at the job fair (which we only stand and waited for like, 5 mins! The air is so-thick, smelly, and there are alot of people...and when i say alot , i mean it!) So we decided not to go there and just go home, it was already around 1:30pm when i got home, so i dropped by a near store and bought fries! I love it so much..now came dinner and we went out to have a buffet feast, at one of my fave restaurants -- Saisaki! My gawd, I want to puke because I feel so full and until now, I can still feel everything that I ate, from the fresh salmon (w/c I really love!), maki's, soup, desserts, fruits, ice cream, tempura, chicken, beef..the food is endless and pretty bountiful..and really I am SO BLOATED, I never felt this bloated in my life before...never! Now what will happen to my so-called "diet life" ...it is once again back to square one...need to drain those fats...ugh...

Asian Series Realization

Eyes becoming more blurry?*WOW!! 100% Senorita, is truly a must see series, it made me cry so much today...I can actually imagine that I managed to fill a pail of pale of tears...I just finish watching it and it is worth the 25 vcds!!*

For the past few days, and also years, I've been watching different series from different countries. Mind you, I have seen at least two samples or more per country. For example, Spanish series, Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese, English, and of course, Filipino's. And for a moment, I realize there are alot of difference between all of them. Well, most of them actually..so I jot down what I can remember and compare them...

Filipino, English & Spanish Series:
Too long, characters not too surprising, their stories somehow resembles one another...the story could end in a few months but they make it a point to extend it until the end of the world (ugh..this i hate so much!), Characters became so stupid because the story keeps them searching, hunting, or longing for an answer that can easily be said or done. If you want to watch a long story that just keeps on going around circles, these are the recommended kind of series you should definitely watch!

Taiwanese, Japanese & Korean Series:
Series is really a turn on! Very unique and fresh to see. The story is fast-paced and quickly finishes. Characters are really great and dramatic, stories really makes you cry so so much! The stories are really surprising although the ending somehow always ending up to someone getting hurt, and most of all, dying or sick...What I hate about it though is that the ending is always short, the ending is the happy part and should be lengthen and hefty, but they are not, they are cut short and will sometimes make you keep on wondering what other things might happen...

So there, I made a small comparison but with full details..so pick your choice and enjoy!

Feels Like Home

Inspired with the lyrics I'm not the type of person who always post their fave lyrics, but let me make an exception for know, because I really love the song OH-SO-MUCH! And it is currently (still) raining all classes are suspended, and I'm gonna cook later (one of my fave hobby -- yeah I love cooking!)

Artist: Chantal Kreviazuk Lyrics
Song: Feels Like Home Lyrics

There's something in your eyes
Makes me wanna lose my self,
Makes me wanna lose myself in your heart,
There's something in your voice
That makes my heart beat fast
Hope this feeling lasts
For the rest of my life

If you knew how lonely
My life has been
And how long I've been so alone
And if you knew how I wanted someone to come along
And change my life the way you've done

It feels like home to me
It feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I come from
It feels like home to me
It feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong

A window breaks down on lumdard street
And a siren rings in the night
But I'm all right cuz I have you here with me,
And I can almost see through the dark there is light

Well if you knew how much this moment means to me
And how long I've waited for your touch
And if you knew how happy you are making me
I never thought that I'd love anyone so much

It feels like home to me
It feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I come from
It feels like home to me
It feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong

It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong.

One of my dream cars Who would not want a "Bentley"? it is a way uber famous car and for the lavish living of life. I'm watching the Lifestyle channel and they are featuring the Bentley cars and my gawd! Was it a dream car? Or is it definitely a dream car? Not only does it have a laptop-room, but also a playstation, refrigerator, crystal glass for those champagne you put on the ref, there is a very spacious room, a wonderful engine! A nice shape, the signatures of people who made the car are engrave on the back, the wooden use is fully polish, nice leather, nice EVERYTHING! I really am wanting to have one...

Taking Lives

It was such a boring day and nothing to do, so I borrowed some VCD's and started watching...First stop Taking Lives starring Angelina Jolie, oh! She is so pretty...yet a bit demanding? Tell more about it on the next OFF THE PRESS NEWS . Finally passing the damn thesis paper and getting over it, finally! I could feel the air of graduation and the pressure of looking for a suitable job that can handle my financial crisis and demands. Whew...it would definitely be hard...damn...

Tom me and my friend plans to watch "Princess Diaries 2" yeah I haven't seen it yet...too busy doing other important stuff...so tom I'm gonna have fun, I was too busy thinking what we can do next tom..maybe a haircut? But my mom is planning to get her haricut at Emphasis Salon, the one in Rockwell, what is nice about it is that they have a machine that re-defines the perfect cut for you. Your face on the computer, then lots of cuts would be shown and out of that you choose and have your hair cut! (ME WANT TOO!!) <-- my hair like that? haha...I want to have a haircut...

Parlor obssession: I want to have my haircut, my manicure, pedicure, eyebrow fix, rebond hair, higlights, hotoil. Their my parlor dreams all in my DREAMS!

New layout soon...yup, I'm getting tired of this one..aren't you?

Naughty quotes!

Just amusing quotes made by people and artist

"Lindsay will always keep growing. She'll do a film and get an Academy Award, and no one will remember her boobs."
--Lindsay Lohan's mom in People's cover story, which talks about the babe's upcoming album, her film projects and the ring from boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. We have to take issue with Mrs. L, however. Pretty sure we'll remember Lindsay's boobs, especially if they always keep growing

"I heard I got a boob job and was doing coke at a club. Don't tell anybody, okay?"
--Hilary Duff, dispelling the rumors in Us Weekly. Oh, we knew that wasn't true--nobody gets their boob jobs at that club anymore
